If a client is not happy or satisfied with the service received, we offer the option to the style or provide a 40% refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns you may have. Please reach out to us to discuss how we can make it right.
Please ensure that all complaints or are reported within the first 24-48 hours, as no refunds can be issued for services after this timeframe. Thank you for your understanding.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.
We may accept returns only for unused, unopened, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
